1st Payment: 50,000 THB (Due with application submission)
2nd Payment: 50,000 THB (Due by July 31, 2025)
3rd Payment: 50,000 THB (Due by August 31, 2025)
Final Payment: 49,900 THB (Due by September 30, 2025)
